Ephyra

Adam Caird, keyboard and Charlotte Bradburn, saxophones

Adam and Charlotte have been performing as a duo for 10 years and play a wide range of musical styles from classical to jazz and contemporary music.

Ephyra has won many awards, performed at the National Theatre, The Bridgewater Hall and many music festivals and concerts in the UK. Locally they have given recitals at Ripon Cathedral and Sowerby Music Society. They are much in demand to appear with ensemble groups.

They have extensive experience working with young people, for example, they were participants in Lord Yehudi Menuhin’s Live Music Now! Scheme, ran a series of art and music projects with the Lady Lever Art Gallery in the Wirral and have been supporting Music for Life for several years.

Adam and Charlotte were awarded a long term residency at the Banff Centre, Canada an outcome of which was their debut CD ‘Modern Standards’.
